Relocating is both difficult and exciting at the same time. here are some tips on where to start.

First of all and most important

  • Keep your “important documents” file with you during your move. Your Tax returns , check stubs ,your finances . Weather your buying or renting all these documents are required , for Income verification for the Homeowners associations , or if you need a loan , believe me theres always one more thing the lender needs proof of. Keep these items handy, you do not want to go digging in your storage unit , once you find your dream home and your loan is pending.

  • Educate yourself on the schools in your desired area. In Florida they have Choice schools, Charter schools and Private schools and they usually have deadlines to register your child.  Google it by county.

  • Explore , the libraries museums the downtown areas Shopping malls , beaches, recreational parks  and dining . The thing I love about Florida is the awesome events that are constantly happening, from Food truck invasion,  Cultural parades and Garlic festivals. Theres something for everyone in South Florida,

  • And finally contact me, your very reliable realtor Charity Munoz to find the home of your dreams! I listen to all your needs, I was a buyer and seller once too.
