The Land Boom Is Back

As an Agent in Palm Beach County during the early days of the last Land Boom, i had the privilege of experiencing the incredible growth and transformation of Palm Beach County First hand.  All of Downtown West Palm Beach including Clematis St, City Place were being transformed from areas you would barely drive through to the incredible family friendly areas with great restaurants, shopping, and cultural environments that we all enjoy today.

Great Homeowners Developments were springing up all throughout the county with planned developments and amenities that fit your families needs. There were thousands of vacant building lots and acre + properties that families purchased to custom build their dream homes in developments like the Acreage, Palm Beach Country Estates, and Jupiter Farms, just to name a few. In retrospect had i known the growth we were going to experience from the beginning, I, like many of you, would have bought every lot in town!
