Many folks are in such a rush to list and sell their home that they sometimes forget that each home listed for sale competes with every other home with similar characteristics and price 

This is why a good Realtor will explain to his clients before the home is listed for sale what their competition is. I make it a point to review the photos of the competing properties and then coach and assist my clients with good staging of their home so it shows great! I also spare no expense and always use professional real estate photographers , even taking aerial shots of each home from a drone that we fly above.

Finding the  perfect home when your buying  or finding  the right buyer for your home when you selling  requires  attention to detail and professionalism.
